Message from Bob Sproul
2017 Brant United Way Campaign Chair
As Brantford, Brant County and Six Nations of the Grand River continues their rapid growth, Brant United Way is keeping pace with the face of our changing community.
During six years as a volunteer on the Brant United Way Campaign Cabinet, I’ve witnessed the strain on our member agencies as they work to meet the needs of our growing population.
In the past, Brant United Way has pushed hard to reach the campaign goal and has had to stretch just to keep our agencies funded at the same levels. In 2016, we did not meet our campaign goal, affecting the amount of funding available for Community Impact Grants.
With your help, we’d like to do more.
This is a year to be bold—to embrace our community’s potential and let it inspire us to create a new future for our neighbours. Leaders like you are the key to making this year a catalyst for change.
I look forward to working with the Campaign Cabinet to exceed our biggest goal yet!
